Memorials and Tribute Gifts

Remembering people keeps their spirits alive in our hearts.  Tribute gifts provide donors the opportunity to remember people that have touched their lives personally in some way, or the life of their community.  You can remember or honor someone with your donation to RiverStone Health Hospice.

RiverStone Health Foundation will send an acknowledgement to those you designate.  The Foundation does not disclose the amount of the gift, just the donor's name.  Your gift to the RiverStone Health Foundation and designated to Hospice Services supports care for those at the end of life and their loved ones.  Hospice care is based on the patient's need, not their ability to pay.  All gifts to the Foundation are tax deductible as provided by law.
