Working to improve the overall health and wellbeing of an entire community can be an overwhelming task. Deborah Hedrick isn’t fazed. Each day, Hedrick tackles some of the toughest contemporary problems that fall under the umbrella of Public Health — issues such as breast and cervical cancer, tobacco and suicide prevention, HIV prevention and treatment as well as emergency preparedness. In her spare time, she is hard at work behind the scenes providing leadership to and coordinating with other community organizations to improve the quality of life in Yellowstone County and beyond.
Demanding work. Unbelievable challenges. Why does she do it? "The great work environment at RiverStone Health," says Hedrick. "And the opportunity to make a difference in the communities we serve."
