Next week, as the saying goes, "We’ve got to get organized."  It just so happens that next week is already here — anywhere Shelli Ritz happens to work.

Organization is least appreciated when it rears its ugly head because things are not, um, well organized. And organization is at its best when it is invisible because things are humming along smoothly.  Ritz has been making things hum for a long, long time — as an audit manager for KPMG Peat Marwick (she’s a CPA) or as the CFO for the Northern Rockies Radiation Oncology Center.

At RiverStone Health, organization is invisible in the areas that Ritz manages:   Pharmacy, Business Relations, Accounting and Finance, Purchasing and Human Resources.  There won’t be any snarls.  But you will hear the hum.
