Home care services provided by RiverStone Health are designed to help patients recover from illness or surgery. We provide comprehensive services to clients in their own home, wherever home is, including:
- Skilled nursing
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech therapy
- Medical social work
Additionally, we provide home health aide services to homebound clients who are under the care of a physician.
Seeing patients 7 days a week throughout Yellowstone County, our home care services assist patients in retaining or regaining independence while they remain in their own homes. We even provide seasonal flu shots for residents of personal care homes.
Home care services may be requested by physicians, the patient or family member, or a hospital discharge planner by calling during business hours. Determination is made for receiving appropriate skilled home care services and through consultation with the patient’s healthcare provider, an individual plan of care is developed.
Cost of services may be covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance or private pay. Limited supplemental funding is available for those who qualify.
Private insurance or private payment sources are accepted for in-home nursing visits for those no longer qualifying for skilled care.
